I need a free software which can deconvolute my ESI protein spectra? Is such software availabe? I have found one esimsa from http://www.ms-utils.org/wiki/pmwiki....n/SoftwareList. However, it does not work ...

By the way I have LCQ-DECA ...

Any other suggestion?
